My shopping trip to Spokane with Karen. What a blast we had!! Here are a few pictures. They start from the bottom.

Yay!! I finally got it!!

Inside the restaurant in Sandpoint. I took home a piece of homemade coconut cream pie from here for ken and John.

This was a really cool place to eat we found in Sandpoint.

Sandpoint. It's very pretty here.

Karen with the Double Tree hotel in the distance in downtown Spokane. This is were we stayed. They gave us warm cookies when we arrived and when we checked out!

The river outside the hotel.

Me with the American flag.

My haul the first day. Not shown is the Bosch universal mixer and the Nutrimill grain mill!!

Karen's haul. Wow! I never saw someone who can spend so much time shopping in one little area, but did she ever find some great deals!!

Good girls!

You didn't waste any time and you completed the job you set out to do. Your Moms would be so proud... lol

Sis. Karen, if you ever decide you need to find someone that will take your travel cases off your hands... I'm callin' DIBS!

Love you guys... glad you had so much fun.

As soon as we're back on our feet... we're goin'!

There is an antique show/sale in Red Deer next weekend. If it's anything like the one I stopped at in November, it's definitely worth the drive!

Love you!

My granddaughter enjoyed her articles of clothing. I am not into selling my cases as yet, but have placed them in my guest room with guest towels and supplies. I can't wait to give the gifts to the other grandkids. It was definitely a profitable trip. When are we going again?

Looks like fun! I love shopping...

Are you related to the Holmes in AK?

Graceful threads,
It really was fun. Where are you from? Maybe you can join us sometime!
I don't think I am related to those Holmes's but you never know. We are from the east coast of Canada but moved west to Calgary AB. 28 years ago. I am a home school mommy of 4 but mine are all grown up and graduated now. LOL

Prsise the Lord Sis! I would love to visit Cananda or even Spokane, we havent traveled that far Northwest. I love the cold and so have to pray through continually about how hot and miserable it is here...in North Texas.
Love
