Those are both very good articles mom, and very good points to remember going into a new year.
Thanks Ang, for your comment and for reading the articles. I thought the one on critisim was very good and the one on leader ship was soul searching. We have to look at ourselves and say "what things am I doing or not doing that is creating the outcomes in my life and relationships" and then change accordingly.
